Return + Exchanges
How many days do I have to return or exchange?
Returns must be processed within 14 days after delivery date. Returns are not accepted 14 days beyond delivery date. A return shipping fee applies. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.* Start your return process here.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Shipping
How quickly do you ship out the items?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. * Shipping times may vary, as we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 12PM Eastern Time to be shipped same day.

$10.00 UPS Ground Shipping flat rate for orders under $150.
$25.00 UPS 3 Day Select flat rate.
$50.00 UPS Next Day Saver flat rate.
International Shipping rates are automated based on courier rates.
